This shoot took place at a cotton gin in Canton, Ms. It really is an amazing location with a very rich history. It actually ran up until approx. late 1999 when the owner retired. This is really a great example of how we try to be different. This is not a location most people would think to do a bridal session in, but the history and texture of the location really adds to the final product. Using locations like this also add to the experience of the shoot. Being in a location with such character and history creates a great ambience.

We will be using the shots from this shoot for an upcoming project we are keeping under wraps until its finished around the first of the year!

A big thanks goes out to Frazier and his gang, Christian, Azod, Matt, Chris,Mrs K @ Olive Branch,Center Stage Formals, and of course the wonderful Alli.

enjoy,

No I don't randomly go around making blood and the fact that it coincided with Halloween is pure coincidence and scheduling availability I'm sure. I also don't have any plans to do a TTD using blood. This was a shoot for the Opera Lousiane. A brand new company opening in Baton Rouge. I tagged along with Mark Eric to lend a hand. These are for a promotional campain of the companies upcoming performance of Lucia di Lammermoor, a love triangle leading to the bride killing her groom after a forced marriage. Lisette Oropesa is the lead, and based on her display at the shoot, and the glowing reviews of her recent MET debut; hers is a performance you don't want to miss.

This shoot was just a blast! Working with such passionate and artistic people is always refreshing. Oh, and the bloody bride part was fun too :)

Last week we got a chance to meet Christian. She was referred to us by the amazing Josh Maze as a candidate for some promotional work for us. I love being able to shoot without the constraints of a wedding, and just shoot for me. This sessions was just a little "get to know you" session with Christian, so we could see how we work together before doing our official shoot. It wasn't a quarter of the way through our 45 minute shoot that I realized she is gonna be so great to work with.

Christian has a background in classical ballet which I am hoping we can explore during our next shoot.

Thanks, Christian we really enjoyed meeting you and are really looking forward to our next shoot! Also thanks to my boy Josh!

I shot my wife! Allison and I have been wanting to do a TTD session with the rockstar photographer and king of TTD, Mark Eric. The stars have not yet aligned our schedules, so still we wait. It wasn't until we heard a radio announcement for the fair that we realized just how this year has flown by. So the fair is here, Allison still has a pristine white dress and an uncontrollable TTD "itch", the outcome is obvious!

I shot my wife at the State Fair! I really am such a lucky man. I have a smoking hottie for a wife that isn't afraid to get all dolled up and tramp through the fair with thousands of onlookers. She did amazing, played the part of model without a hitch, and looked darn good the entire time.

A few shout outs before we get started....a big thanks goes out to Chris, I really could not have pulled it off without your help bro. Thanks to Debbie my mother-in-law, Mr Brinkely and his assistant, Tallie for Allisons great "do", and Jamie for the wonderful makeup. I want to give an extra special HUGE thank you to my wonderful wife Allison, you did wonderfully, thank you for putting up with me and always being by my side on this crazy journey. I love you baby!
