WOW! Michelle and Jeff really hit it out of the park! I really loved her dress, just amazing. She obviously has been watching ANTM cause she was vogue'n it up all day. It's shoots like today that really make me enjoy this! You will have to excuse my extraneous use of exclamation but its well suited for my mood about this shoot.
One of the things I really love about this shoot is the wide range of the images. We started early in the morning before 8am (the only thing I did not like about this shoot), getting some amazing morning light. As the morning progressed so did the content of the images. I love being able to see such variety from a shoot.
Thanks to Michelle and Jeff for being great, we really enjoyed it! A special thanks goes out to my wife Allison for finding a great location.

We were actually scheduled to shoot Amy's "formal" bridals last Saturday but the rain kept Amy from bringing her dress out. So instead I decided to shoot some fun+funky bridals in her going away dress.
Just a note to all brides (or any of our clients) we love it when it threatens to rain or rains a little and stops! A lot of people think blue skies make the best pictures but truth be told its cloudy or semi cloudy skies that really make for great pictures.

Sebastian is one! Its really hard to believe this "little" guy is already one year old.
This was a very cool birthday, Sebastian's grandparents and extended family got to share in the festivities from Argentia via web cam. My Spanish is a little rusty, OK allot rusty. OK I don't really speak Spanish but I know a little.
It was a fun experience getting to put faces to Sebastian's "other" family and attempting to communicate via messenger and babelfish. I hear his cousins, Augustine and Niko, are killer at Wii soccer. We will have to get a match going one day guys.

Amy and Joah had a very intimate and classy wedding last weekend. Amy had a very classic and stunning dress. We are actually doing her bridals after the wedding which I am really looking forward to.

Things have been so hectic lately! I was doing good making a post about once a week and in the hustle and bustle of everything its been almost a month since my last post.
One of the MAJOR things taking pretty much all my time in that month period is Foto-F-ex!. For those of you that do not know Foto-F-ex! is a little project I have been working on for awhile. Foto-F-ex! is a set of Photoshop scripts for photographers. It automates a ton of work and save a ton of time. I am hesitant to say exactly when we will release it but it should be soon!
Another small thing in between work, shooting, and Foto-F-ex! is updating the website. You should see the blog has a new design and the website should be coming in the near future!
SCROLL DOWN - I have added 3 posts from this past month!

Shooting with Mark Eric is always a blast. He is just laid back and always has AMAZING clients. Mike and Joye were no exception they had a gorgeous wedding. The wedding and reception took place at Le Pavillon and was just an amazing event.

The morning following the wedding with Mark, we headed to the French Quarter. After Cafe Au Lait and beignets we headed out for some street photography. I loves New Orleans, the textures and history of the city come out so well in photographs.
